Curb provides an AI-powered platform that generates real estate listing descriptions based on property information you provide. Our service includes:

• AI-generated property descriptions in multiple tones and styles
• Photo analysis to automatically detect property features
• Social media caption generation
• MLS-ready formatting and character count optimization
• History and saved listings management

The quality and accuracy of generated content depends on the information you provide. We do not guarantee that generated descriptions will be suitable for all purposes or meet specific MLS requirements in your area.

To use Curb, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.

Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited usage. No payment information is required for the free tier.

Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions provide additional features and higher usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges until you cancel

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After this period, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to use Curb to:

• Generate content for properties you don't have authority to market
• Create misleading, false, or fraudulent property descriptions
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or MLS rules
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal API usage
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a competing service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Circumvent usage limits or billing systems

You are responsible for ensuring that property information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to use any photos uploaded to our service.

Our Property: The Curb service, including our AI models, software, design, and branding, are owned by UpAway LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any property information, photos, and other content you submit to our service.

Generated Content: You own the listing descriptions generated for you through our service. You may use, modify, and distribute this content for your real estate marketing purposes.

License to Us: By using our service, you grant us a license to use your submitted content to provide the service and improve our AI models. This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Any inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Actions taken based on generated descriptions

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

By You: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Abuse the service or our support team

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated terms on our website
• Sending an email to your registered address
• Displaying a notice within the application
