Curb integrates with Facebook and Instagram to help you publish your real estate listings directly to your social media accounts. When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we access and use certain data in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.

Data We Access

• Facebook Pages: List of Pages you manage, Page access tokens, and Page metadata.
• Instagram Business Accounts: Connected Instagram Business or Creator accounts, profile information, and media.
• Publishing Permissions: Ability to create posts, upload photos/videos, and schedule content on your behalf.
• Insights: Engagement metrics and analytics for posts published through Curb.

How We Use This Data

• Publish listing descriptions, photos, and videos to your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts
• Schedule posts for future publication
• Display your connected accounts and Pages within the Curb dashboard
• Show engagement analytics for posts published through our service
• Generate optimized hashtags and captions for your listings

Data Retention and Deletion

We store Facebook and Instagram access tokens securely to maintain your connection. You can disconnect your accounts at any time from the Connections page in your Curb dashboard. Upon disconnection, we will delete your access tokens and stop accessing your Facebook/Instagram data. To request complete deletion of data we've collected from Facebook/Instagram, contact us at privacy@upaway.dev.

Your Control

You maintain full control over your Facebook and Instagram connections. You can:

• Connect or disconnect accounts at any time
• Choose which Pages to post to
• Review and edit posts before publishing
• Revoke Curb's access directly through Facebook/Instagram settings

We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our service:

• Payment Processing: Stripe processes payments securely on our behalf.
• Cloud Infrastructure: We use cloud providers to host and store data.
• Analytics: We use analytics services to understand usage patterns.
• Email Services: We use email providers to send transactional and marketing emails.
• AI Services: We may use third-party AI providers to power certain features.
• Social Media Platforms: Facebook and Instagram for social media publishing (see above).
